"To learn a language is to have one more window from which to look at the world."
Infant
(3 months to 18 months)
At Manzanita, it is important that babies immerse themselves in the language at a young age, According to Psychologists the younger they start to a language the better. I’m sure we can all relate to how difficult it was to learn a second language when we were in High School and not the most effective. Being fully immersion helps to be more fluent. Learning more than one language helps babies in many areas. Doctors have studied the brain of bilingual children and have discovered that both sides of the brain develop and work faster, hence creating better problem-solving, critical thinking, and a smarter brain.
Our program helps babies in their: Small motor skills and gross motor skills, in their cognitive development, social development, and language. At Manzanita babies have a routine appropriate to their age.
